During a house wash we only wash the exterior faces of the gutters. Debris removal from inside the gutters is a separate Gutter Cleaning service.

Those black streaks are an algae commonly called Gloeocapsa Magma. It feeds on the limestone in shingles. Our Roof Treatment removes the streaks and targets the growth at the source.

Roof surfaces should not be pressure washed. We apply a specialized algaecide at very low pressure to treat algae, moss, and lichens. This protects the roof while restoring the look.

Roof Treatment focuses on removing living growth. It does not include debris removal.

We do not scrape moss. The treatment neutralizes it at the roots and the material releases naturally over time.

Timing depends on how deep the growth was embedded. We back the service with a one year warranty that begins on the original service date.

We clean the concrete to lift dirt and grime, then apply a water-based penetrating sealer that soaks into the pores and strengthens from within to help resist freeze and thaw damage.

Our penetrating sealer is for standard poured concrete. Stamped concrete is not porous enough for this sealer, though we can still wash stamped surfaces.
